The “First Visit” at Sydney Dental Aesthetics and Implants begins when you contact our practice. Our team can assist with arranging an initial consultation and answering general questions about the appointment process.
Our staff will email you forms in advance of your visit if you wish, which can also be downloaded from our website.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be welcomed by our practice team and introduced to Dr Dean Licenblat, who will conduct your consultation. Dean takes the time to speak to each patient individually to understand their needs concerns & dental goals. With over a decade of experience and training, Dean will guide you through the dental process which begins with a thorough examination.
What to Expect During the Initial Consultation
our examination may include an assessment of your teeth, gums, soft tissue, jaw position and airway. Magnification and lighting are used to support accuracy during the clinical process.
Each new patient appointment is scheduled to allow time for discussion, examination and questions. This enables your dentist to outline relevant findings and discuss treatment options, including benefits, risks and alternatives. Whether you choose to proceed with treatment or not, you will be provided with information to support informed decision-making.
Procedures are not performed on the same day as the initial consultation. This allows time for review of the treatment plan and for patients to consider the information provided before scheduling further appointments.
