DR DEAN LICENBLAT
Dr Dean Licenblat graduated from the University of Sydney’s Dental program, and holds a prestigious Masters Degree from the Goethe University in Frankfurt with a focus on Oral Implantology and Bone Grafting.
Dr Licenblat is one of a few dental surgeons in Australia to be awarded ‘Leading Implant Centres of the World’, the evidence of which can be seen with the latest technology and treatments in modern dentistry available here at SDAI.
MELISSA LICENBLAT
Dr Melissa Licenblat brings a tremendous amount of experience and professionalism to SDAI. Having worked in several dental surgeries in the city, plus her Medical Science degree from the University of Sydney and her honours degree from their esteemed Dental Program, Dr Licenblat is one of the principal dentists here at SDAI.
Dr Licenblat’s skill and expertise in sedation has her in high demand in and around Sydney in other dental practices, and her experience with patient anaesthetics makes her simply one of the best sedationists practicing in Australia today.
KIM
With three decades in the industry, Kim is an essential part of the SDAI family. As our Senior Dental Assistant Kim welcomes all our clients and has built trusting relationships with many of our dedicated patients.
Working hand in hand with Dean and Melissa, Kim brings a close-knit atmosphere to our dental team, and is always striving to achieve SDAI‘s mission statement: To always provide our patients with amazing therapeutic and aesthetic results as well as optimal dental health.
CARLY
Carly, our Practice Manager is our newest addition to SDAI family. Carly has over 20 years experience in the dental industry, both within general practice and dental implants. For a period of 12 years, she worked as a Senior Dental Assistant and Practice Manager in a multi practitioner clinic. Carly has attained much experience in the field of dental implants and oral surgery within this time and also holds both a Certificate III in Dental Assisting as well as Infection Control.
Carly has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to all things dental, and is always happy to discuss any questions relating to your treatment that you may have. Please feel free to contact her anytime.
KATE SCOULLER
Kate, our resident Hygienist, is a graduate of Newcastle University where she completed a Bachelor of Oral Health Degree.
Prior to that Katie completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting and was a dental assistant for seven years in Deniliquin, Port Macquarie and London, UK.
Katie is very experienced in many areas of dentistry, having worked with general dentists, endodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and prosthodontists.
As an easy natured person who loves to chat about what you’re doing and where you’ve been in the world, Kate will do everything in her power to relax and calm your nerves. She strongly believes that with a little care and patience, most people will be able to relax in the dental chair.
